"Jack, it's not that I don't... I mean, it's not that I don't like you, it's just... well, you know Cam and... well..." 

  He laughed as he shifted his books and put one arm around my shoulders. "What?" he said in a dramatic voice as he pulled me closer. "You mean Cinderella has already found her prince? And it isn't me? I m crushed. Truly, deeply crushed." 

 "Jack!" I shrugged out of his grasp and tried to ignore the fact that he smelled good, like cinnamon and coffee, and that it felt rather nice to have his arm around me. I tried to focus instead on his reaction. What I said didn't seem to bother him. Maybe I had misinterpreted him after all. 

 "You do't really think I'm going to let that pretty boy stand in my way, do you?" He winked at me and kept smiling. "Darling, you and I were meant to be. That's all there is to it."

This book is not turning out to be what I thought it would be, but I enjoy Jack nonetheless. Have you read this book? What did you think about it? Oh and what is your teaser?
