You can also be a part of the capitol. If you go to www.thecapitol.pn/ you get to sign up and then you get randomly placed in a district. I was placed in District 11!!! With Rue!! I bet she and I would be having a ball ^^
Go to the online page, and let me know in which District you get sorted into!!
Update: I just got my letter from The Capitol telling me to go and collect my DIP (District Identification Pass) IMMEDIATELY. So I did, and here it is:
They also have now a poster for district 11!
